I had a wonderful time in the apartment in Schliersee (22-27 February 2019). It's located on a quiet road with a beautiful view at the lake. I stayed in the apartment on the first floor with my husband and two sons (9 & 13 years old). It has two bedrooms, a living room with a hearth, a bathroom, a separate toilet (with a nice view on a snowy hill :-), a kitchen and a private garage to park your car. The kitchen is well equipped and the owner (Agnes) even took care of tea, coffee, salt/peper, aluminium foil, paper towels, detergent etc. There is no dishwasher, but this wasn't a problem for us. There is a supermarket (Edeka) at approx. 7 minute drive and a bakery at 5 minutes. At the beginning of the road you will find a nice Italian restaurant. We went skiing for 4 days. 2 days in the ski area Südelfeld (32 km piste) and 2 days in Spitzingsee (20 km piste). Both ski areas are very nice. Spitzingsee is quite small, but very cosy and suitable for families with children. Südelfeld is a bigger area with more challenging slopes. So we definitely want to go back next year!
