Phone, satellite TV (in both the living room and bedroom), internet access in the apartment. Large outdoor seating area; both the bedroom and living room balconies face south. Double bed in the bedroom. Enjoy breakfast outdoors. The large outdoor seating area is the size of a terrace. Birdsong, tranquility, and a breathtaking mountain view. Surrounded by nature. That’s what a vacation at the Ankelspitz Guesthouse is like.
Of course, it includes a shower/toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. A wood-burning stove in the living room—for cozy evenings when it’s stormy or snowing outside.

We stayed here in May this year and enjoyed it so much, we came back in August.
Lovely Apartment, excellant views, and so so quiet.
Just loved it.
Lots to do and see in this part of Bavaria including walking, hiking, day trips to Munich, Spitzingsee and Tegernsee.
You are only a short walk from Schliersee Lake which is stunning.
We will definitely return here in the future.

Just back from a week at Gastehaus Anklespitz and it was excellent.
Location is great, situated in a quiet street, but still close to everything, with stunning views of the mountains.
Apartment was exactly as shown in pictures, bright, clean, cosy with terrace and balcony.
A very relaxing stay, will definitely return.
