A beautiful villa in a secluded, prime location with a private pool, sauna, and a lovingly landscaped garden, accommodating up to 7 people with a magnificent panoramic view of Plakias Bay.

Villa Eviva is located between the two mountain villages of Mariou and Asomatos. The road here is paved and easy to drive on.
It’s only a 2–3-minute drive to both Asomatos and Mariou. For breakfast, you can stock up on wonderful treats at the small cheese shop in Mariou. It’s just under a 10-minute drive down to Plakias, where you’ll find supermarkets, taverns, a doctor’s office, and more. In short, everything is easily accessible.
The surrounding beaches (Amoudi, Damnoni, Plakias, Skinaria, etc.) are also just under 10 minutes away.
The villa is situated on a property of approximately 6,000 square meters with beautiful vegetation on the hillside and offers a fantastic view of the bays, olive groves, and hills dotted with chapels that line the countryside. You can even see all the way to Preveli Bay. The entrance to Preveli is also just a 10-minute drive away. The Kurtalioti Gorge with its waterfalls is right around the corner. It’s absolutely peaceful here. Sheep pass by the house twice a day. There’s no sign of tourist crowds here. Hikers and cyclists can set out into nature right from here.


The cozy living area is on the first floor. From the large sofa, you can watch the sunset through the panoramic window. A wood-burning stove is available for cooler weather. You can also enjoy views of the sea and the surrounding countryside from the kitchen table. The large terrace in front of the house is connected to the pool area, so you don’t need shoes up here. Right by the pool is a covered barbecue area and plenty of space for sunbathing and relaxing. The sage garden features a comfortable outdoor sofa. Anyone seeking peace and quiet will find a suitable spot everywhere. Palm trees, olive trees, and Cretan herbs enhance the island’s charm. The outdoor sauna is built from cypress wood—the scent of this wood is simply stunning..

The three bedrooms, each sleeping 2 people, are on the upper floor. In addition to the downstairs bathroom, there’s also a bathroom here with a shower and toilet. The balcony also offers a peaceful retreat with a magnificent view. Each room has a Smart TV.


The large sleeper sofa provides an additional sleeping space. Two baby care kits are also available.
