Serenity with a view

A very nice villa with fantastic view of Triopetra. A bit isolated but easily accessible. Quiet and peaceful. Everything you need in the fully equipped kitchen to prepare breakfast or a simple meal. Friendly owner who thought of everything for the comfort of the guests. Was difficult to leave, will have to come back!

Amazing place to relax

The location was great. It is a bit remote, with a stunning view and with a great pool to relax in. Also, Stella is great and she answered all my questions and helped with everything that I needed. Since you will stay outside the busy cities, you need to do a bit of planning, specifically around buying food and water. The closest supermarket is about 10 mins away by car, and it has everything you might need.

Lovely private villa in a very peaceful location

This is a very nice well appointed villa with everything you will need and the location is extremely private - you will need a hire car due to the remote location but it is worth the extra expense - nearest decent supermarket is an hours drive away - fantastic sea view with private pool - excellent Taverna 5 mins drive away

The kitchen light failed and we were without it for our stay - would have liked to have had this fixed - not a major issue and didn't detract from enjoying our stay

we paid for 2 nights and left after one night

There was an horrible wind and it was impossible to sleep or be outside. we wished the owner would have explained that this location doesn't fit when the wind is so strong.

On top of the mountain, exposed to winds and poorly isolated. Avoid staying here when there is the MELTEMI, the wind...like in june and july!

Very disappointing. There are nicer and cheaper places to stay in Crete

it’s a beautiful villa and a great view but that’s about it! nothing more to it.

it’s important to know that this villa is in a very remote and isolated location. in July/August there are gale force winds in the area which means that it is impossible to spend time outside at all. It’s a struggle just to walk from the car to the villa and back and lying by the pool is out of the question. In addition to this, the howling, whistling and banging of the winds created so much noise that we couldn’t sleep well either. When the winds are up, there’s a big plumbing issue and the bathrooms smell of sewage which permeates to the whole house. The hosts couldn’t get this fixed. We stayed for one night and had to leave. the conditions were untenable. The hosts would not refund any of our money. We were incredibly disappointed and this cost us a lot of money. Even if you get a few days without wind, this villa is overpriced and does not offer value for money.

Great secluded location - not too far from Prevelli beach.

We booked the small Villa without pool and apparently thats a smoking Villa (nothing of this was mentioned). The cigarette smell was unbearable and we left after one night.

Very nice owners Stella and Irene, very warm welcome. The villa was perfectly clean, the beds comfortable, everything was perfect. Nearby are large and long beaches and beautiful nature in the area. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Bester Platz an der Küste rund um Triopetra

Wir haben das kleine Haus bewohnt: großartiges Gebäude mit allem was man braucht. Stella ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin. Der Blick nach Triopetra ist atemberaubend. In der Nähe: sehr natürliche Strände, Tavernen in Fuß Distanz. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Abgelegenes wunderschönes und ruhiges Ferienhaus in malerischer Landschaft

Nach der wahrlich nicht so einfachen Anreise (Navi findet es definitiv nicht) wurden wir von der Vermieterin sehr freundlich empfangen. Sie hatte uns auch Bilder von Kreuzungen zugesandt, wie wir fahren mussten. War trotzdem nicht ganz so einfach zu finden. Bei einer Anreise im Dunkeln wären wir aufgeschmissen gewesen. Das Haus ist dafür ausgesprochen schön. Sehr modern und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts (außer vielleicht einen Toaster). Super sauber. Die wichtigsten Utensilien wie Tabs, Kaffee, Toilettenpapier usw. wurden alles bereits zur Verfügung gestellt, was wir so noch nicht erlebt haben. Die Vermieterin war auch super nett und hilfsbereit. Anderslautende Bewertungen von vorher kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Das Haus ist sehr abgelegen, dadurch ist auch der Strand den man in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen kann, sehr einsam. Genau was wir gesucht hatten. Wir haben uns dort super wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wiederkommen. Zu den von anderen Bewertungen genannten Wind müssen wir sagen, dass am letzten Tag ein extrem heftiger Wind wehte. Wenn so ein Wind über mehrere Tage anhält, kann es den Aufenthalt wahrlich drüben.

Ich habe bewusst die 10,0 vergeben, weil mir nichts einfällt, was ich hier schreiben könnte.

L'appartement est bien agencé.

Les photos de l'emplacement sont trompeuses. Un immeuble obstrue la "Triopetra view". Notre hébergement est un cube de béton posé sur un sol façon fin de chantier. La mention "front de mer" est trompeuse. C'est loin de tout. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter des extérieurs par manque de confort : le "jardin" est de la terre caillouteuse. Aucune photo sur le site ne témoigne de la réalité. Pas d'accueil "humain" malgré notre arrivée dans les horaires fixés. On comprend également pourquoi on nous demande un paiement à la réservation, non remboursable et non modifiable. En effet, à l'arrivée on a envie de pleurer et de fuir...

posizione vicina ad una delle spiagge piu carine di Creta, con pochissima gente, ottima per chi ama prendere il sole in naturale. spiaggia attrezzata a pochi km di auto. appartamento comodo con tutte le facilities

il minimarket è a pochi km ma veramente scarno, poca privacy per chi soggiorna fuori sul balcone.

Bel endroit dommage que l’entretien laisse à désirer.

La vue est très belle, environnement calme.

Par contre, la maison n’est pas bien entretenue (meuble de salle bain cassé, lave-vaisselle trop sale pour être utilisé). Il y avait une odeur nauséabonde dans la salle de bain, due à un refoulement d’égouts en raison du vent très fort. Le vent tapait aussi dans les volets d’une des chambres faisant un tel bruit qu’il était impossible de dormir.
