Convenient location to family in Grantham, cozy home, excellent grill… minor issue was no screen in upstairs bedroom to open windows for fresh air.

We liked the place BUT the host did not send us the code ahead of time, and then we couldn’t reach her for an hour after check in time. So we stood around in the driveway hoping she would call back. Unacceptable. Also, our bedroom window had no screen so we couldn’t open the window (NH mosquitoes) and there was no AC so the room was really stuffy. You need AC or open windows in the summer.
