RESORT ACTIVITIES AS A PART OF THE EASTMAN COMMUNITY!
If you would like to park a vehicle at any of the local beaches or if you would like to access the amenities offered at Eastman South Cove Activity Center, please head to 25 Road Round The Lake. Roughly $10/person to use fitness center, pool & tennis/pickleball; etc.
A temporary parking pass can be picked up at the front desk of the center, just bring proof of your rental!
Reservations to the pool and fitness center can be made online or at the front desk as well.
House is split on two levels:
1. 1st Floor (main entry level) - living room, kitchen, garage, laundry closet, full bathroom (tub)
2. 2nd Floor (top level) - 2 separate private wings; 1st wing has 2 primary king bedrooms with a shared full bathroom; 2nd wing has 2 full bedrooms with a shared full bathroom
We may require an ID & signed Rental Agreement or a refundable deposit prior to check in.
We do have Ring Cameras outside the property. Any blocking of the cameras will lead to an automatic eviction, forfeiture of security deposit, no refund and a fine. Please do not block these cameras.
We do not have keys or access to our mailbox.
HOUSE RULES

We do NOT allow late check out. There is a charge of $25/10 min after 11AM.
Must 25+ to Book
No smoking or Vaping (of anything) inside the unit. $500 fine if home smells like smoke.
Must book for total number of guests staying/visiting the home. $250 per unauthorized guest/night. Ring cameras on the exterior of the property. These do record when it captures motion. Blocking of cameras will lead to eviction and $1000 fine. NO EXCEPTIONS!
If a security team is called due to an infraction of the house rules, the guest agrees to pay for the security team ($500 minimum) and the duration of the reservation, even if removed by the security team due to the infraction.
Do not cover Ring Cameras, this will lead to an eviction and forfeiture of security deposit.
Please DO NOT flush feminine products/paper towels/any foreign substance down the toilet (ONLY toilet paper). It is not good for the pipes and if there is an issue we may pass the charge onto the guest.
$500 for any unauthorized pets per night
Rental agreement, ID, and/or security deposit may be asked prior to booking
We do charge an additional $150 deep cleaning fee for pets (per reservation). Pets must be disclosed to us and pre-approved prior to booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed.
$250 lockout fee if needed to call a locksmith to let in. If keys at property and lost this charge will apply. If no keys, this will not be applicable unless tampering was made with our digital door lock system
Please no burning of candles, incense, or anything else in the home. If done, this will be treated as “smoking” in our house rules. Thank you.
We only provide the initial supplies for the stay. If more are needed throughout the trip, It will be the guest's responsibility.

Our concierge team is available from 11am–9pm Sunday-Thursday and 11am–1am Friday and Saturday. Messages received outside of these hours will be addressed promptly the following day. We curate a refined, hands-off experience so you can immerse yourself in comfort and relaxation — with attentive support whenever needed.

The kitchen had all the necessary appliances and then some. It was spacious. I loved the layout. So there are two wings for bedroom space which offers great space for four separate bedrooms. Very warm and inviting. Conveniently located. Great bathrooms and living space. Love the windows and light that comes in. I would and will stay there again. Communication with the host was outstanding.

We did not need to use Laundry during our stay, but it was well equipped.Generally the kitchen was well appointed, we found things that we needed for our short stay. Cutting boards were not in great shape, there were no small knives (paring etc) and no bread knife. There were very few bowls (only 5 on the shelf) and none for "cooking" purposes. No kitchen towels, these would be helpful. I was not convinced that my sheets were freshly changed. Towels were great. Bathrooms were great. Living room furniture was fine for three adults, but if we had more seating would be an issue, there is LIMITED seating in the living room. Seating was not the most comfortable and difficult to get out the the two side chairs. Floor lamps would make the lighting downstairs more welcoming. House could use some maintenance work on deck areas, sliders, and outside appearance. These are just observations, our stay was perfectly wonderful. Staff was responsive to our needs and worked with us efficiently.
