Wonderful open concept cape located close to the main entrance of Eastman, and just a short walk to the newly renovated clubhouse. The perfect spot for any time of year, whether you choose to relax on a peaceful snowy day in the winter or enjoy taking in the beauty of Eastman while hiking one of it’s many well groomed trails. The front door opens to an open concept living area with a wood fireplace and hardwood floors, perfect for entertaining. Eastman is a private four season community with sandy beaches, golfing, walking trails, cross country skiing, indoor pool, pickleball, tennis, basketball, disc golf and exercise facilities. Enjoy all the amenities of Eastman while being just a short drive to the Upper Valley, DHMC, Dartmouth College, New London and Mount Sunapee. Access to all Eastman amenities. Fees may be applicable for certain amenities. Easy access (less than 1 mile) to interstate 89 and approximately one half mile from Eastman’s main entrance.

This house is much more spacious than the photos appear. There are three different areas where people can gather and two of three bedrooms are quite large. The kitchen was fully stocked with upscale cookware, spices, and a drip and a Kurig coffeemaker. The only downside was construction noise from neighboring property, but that could be heard only in one bedroom. Overall, great place!

Our family consisted of 6 adults and 1 child. The home was spacious and accommodated all of our family. The house was well stocked with essentials as posted. Questions were answered in appropriate timing. Highly recommend!

Spacious and clean property! It was perfect for our ski vacation. Easy to get to Mt. Sunapee. Snowed while we were there, and driveway and walkway was cleared by the time we woke without prompting. Owner left wine and snacks—nice touch.
