Lakefront Condo just steps away from the beach

Great condo for our extended family to ski at Sunapee. Absolutely lovely view. Brad is accessible and easy to work with.

Location was perfect for me. Unit needs updating and floors on main level are cold slate tile. I wore slippers or crocks indoors throughout my stay. Deck is small and has two plastic Adirondack style chairs and small low table. No grill. A large dining table can accommodate a family meal indoors. I preferred sleeping in the upstairs bedroom with no musty odor and provided carpet underfoot. I cooked all my meals and I had what I needed to get through the week. Washer and dryer are mini sized so more frequent loads. Beds were comfortable enough. There is plenty to do with the lake, tennis and Pickleball, trails to hike and you can rent watercraft if you don’t have your own SUP or kayak. (Not available at this rental). Ceiling fan was not functioning but several small fans helped circulate the air. TV was modern large screen however the sound did not always function so my laptop came in handy. WiFi was easy to log on. Perfectly clean property inside unit. Note: Hand rails from parking area provide lighting with on/off switches on the post (top and bottom) for safety. During my stay, school was back in session so activity (noise) at nearby South Cove beach was minimal. Voices carry on the lake! Blissfully quiet at night with occasional loon or owl hoots.

We had a great stay, the condo was very nice with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. There was a great view to the lake and a small deck and sitting area outside. The location was perfect, just steps away from the beach and recreation center with pool, fitness center and kayaks, canoes, paddle boats, etc... Also a short drive to Sunapee Mountain.Would definitely stay again!
