This condo truly has views of Eastman Lake from almost every single room including all of its 3 bedrooms. It features a post and beam great room with cathedral ceilings, a floor to ceiling stone fireplace and wide pine floors. The dining room has built-ins and a sliding glass door to the large wrap-around deck for ultimate outdoor entertaining and relaxation. The master bedroom is located on upper level. Finished lower level with two bedrooms.

Located in the desirable four-season community of Eastman. Eastman offers outdoor recreation opportunities for each of the changing seasons. Enjoy 36 km of cross-country ski trails, as well as snowshoeing and more. Plus an indoor pool and exercise facility for year-round use. Just 20 minutes to Hanover, NH and Lebanon, NH, as well as Mount Sunapee.

Great family stay for a week between Christmas and NYE. Large and well kept home on 3 finished levels. Kids and grandma were in the basement and we were in the top floor bedroom. Next to no noise and sightings of 0-2 people per day. Parking was a bit tight and common among the condo owners, but no problem. Views of the frozen lake were peaceful. 25 minute drive to Mt. Sunapee and 1 hour to OKEMO. Enjoy!

We rented the condo for my son's graduation. It was perfect. The kitchen is extremely well equipped; the view is serene; the house very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.
