Was as advertised. Elevators were never backed up or too busy. Always had a parking spot. Easy beach access for day time and night time beach activities.

Bender (management company) was great, communicative and helpful. The condo was very clean, tidy and the views were incredible! It could use some minor upgrades but again...those views! It was nice being beach front, having a washer/dryer, sipping on coffee on the balcony and having private master bedroom for my wife and I while my kids had their own. I would suggest an upgrade to the TV in the living room and a few small kitchen items like cutting boards, bottle opener and mixing bowls. Really no major complaints though, would book again.

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.

We loved the decor and location. Easy access to the beach and pool. However, The kitchen was not properly maintained. Pots and pans were atrocious and not usable. Knives had been put away with caked on stuff. In talking to people from other units, the same seemed to hold true. Also, they give you one trash bag, one roll of toilet paper for each bath and one roll of paper towels for the week. Seems a bit stingy for what you pay. I would recommend this property to a friend however, I would take my own cookware and plates and kitchen utensils.
