Ocean House II 2806

Condo was well equipped with kitchen supplies. View of the Gulf was great! There was a change in management companies just before our stay. Communication was good. I had a couple of questions which were answered within reasonable time frame.

Booked a condo for 2 weeks, there was no mention of a parking fee in the description. When I got to the property I found out there was a $40 per week fee for parking. I’m not oppose to a parking fee but it should be one fee for the duration of my stay and I should be informed before my visit

The door code didn't work as planned,it took many different codes before we got one that worked. The air conditioner was leaking water frome the vents. The beds squeaked. The shower heads were loose.

Everything. Close to the beach. Enough room for our family of 8.

Needs a hot tub.

On the beach and great pool. Within minutes to shopping and dining

There literally isn’t any staff, there’s 1 last in a guard shack that has 0 control over the condos bc they all use different rental agencies. We were refused early check in but upon arrival at 4 after waiting an hour in the parking lot to check in, the towels and bedding were in trash bags by the front door. We had to make our own beds, there was what appeared to be dried blood on one of the pillows, the boards beneath one of the bunk beds was broken and when we reported it Monday, they still had yet to fix it upon checkout Friday morning. There is a hole in the wall by the back door and by the master bathroom toilet. And the living room couches are covered in weird stains. All in all the property was good but the specific room I rented was not up to standards when we paid 2400$ for 4 nights…..
