Embark on an idyllic beach retreat with your loved ones at this luxury residence, built in 2023. The first floor unveils an expansive open layout that includes a tastefully adorned living room, dining room, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Three bedrooms plus a bunk bed nook, fold out couch and 4 full bathrooms. Community pool and deeded beach access right across the street.
The dining table accommodates six guests, complemented by additional seating for six at the bar. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with everything needed to prepare a delectable home-cooked meal for your family. Included is a stocked coffee bar with an assortment of coffees, teas, and hot chocolate. Conveniently located just beyond the kitchen is a bunk area with twin bunks and a full bath, catering to the younger members of the family.
Ascend to the second level to discover three inviting bedrooms. The Master bedroom features a queen-size bed with an en suite bath and a partial view of the beach from the bedroom. The first guest bedroom offers a king-size bed with an en suite bath, while the second guest bedroom provides a queen-size bed with an en suite bath. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV, and complimentary high-speed internet is accessible throughout the home.
Nestled in a community near the heart of Gulf Shores, this residence offers easy access to various restaurants and shops. A brief walk across the street leads you to the beach, inviting you to bask in the sun and relish the sea breeze. You'll find parking available for up to 3 vehicles underneath the home, while trash bins are provided for your convenience. The house was very cute and workable. Matched the pictures shown on the website. Beach access couldn't have been easier. Only negative was that it was a bit noisy from with the road right there which i feel could be remedied with a slight adjustment to the front door. I would stay there again.

Our fall trip to the coast was the best yet in this beautiful home. It was just as advertised The open concept made family time easy! Comfortable furnishings, well stocked kitchen, all appliances worked well. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which my kids loved! The pool was nice, the outside areas around the pool and grounds were clean,, and the beach walk was just as described. I would definitely stay here again!!
