About this apartment rental
Ocean House #1905 is an interior gulf-front 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium located on the 9th floor in building I overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 1000 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living room and gulf-side master bedroom. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. There are 2 full baths with either a tub/shower combo or stand-alone shower. The gulf-side master bathroom is accessed via the bedroom and hallway. The street-side bedroom has an attached bathroom with a stand-up shower. Both bedrooms have King beds. No winter monthly's.
Ocean House I and II are 9 story buildings with 6 units per floor located 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Ocean House has a large seasonal zero-entry outdoor pool and small kiddie pool. The property also has a grilling area that services both buildings I and II. Minimum age required: 23. Sleeps 6.
Parking passes are purchased on-site at Ocean House at guard house or office located in building I - CASH ONLY. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit and cost is set by the association and is subject to change at any time without notice.

This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo, and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.
*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. All services are subject to change, subject to availability, and weather permissible. The 'Stay and Play Package' does not apply to monthly rentals.

The ONLY “fuss” I have is that we were not told that the parking pass was cash only. Otherwise the stay was really nice. Clean, beautiful views, and a short walk to the beach. I would definitely stay there again.

We've been to a lot of rental condos over the years. This one was one of the best. No complaints about it at all. The view is lovely from the top floor. I think they need to update some of the walkway area to the beach. One area is old wood that is breaking down and is covered by black (in the heat?) outdoor carpet. It really needs replaced and I worried about splinters and it was hot.One thing I will add that I wish I may have seen in reviews is the jellyfish in the area. This has nothing to do with the condo, but if I'd known this is a known jellyfish beach I'd probably have gone elsewhere. Two of my kids got stung on separate days, then they were afraid to go back in the water. Many people got stung this season according to a store owner where we went to buy sting medicine. Just a consideration for families. Maybe do some research before your trip to see how it's looking at that time of year.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. The AC didn't work when we arrived. We called and 20 minutes later they had maintenance there and he fixed it quickly. The balcony was our favorite area of the condo. Early morning coffee and watching the dolphins swim by!We would all stay here again.
