The ViewMaster has fantastic, oceanfront views of the Pacific and Rockaway’s offshore Twin Rocks. With king suites on both the main and lower levels, a queen bedroom and a bunk room, and an amazing game room in the garage, this lovely home has plenty of room for family or friends. The back deck across the west side of the home steps down into the private beach access and firepit. An expansive great room with a vaulted ceiling sets the scene for gatherings with your guests. A gorgeous burning fireplace, TV, and plenty of seating invites you inside. Steps away, dine with an ocean view with feasts from the fully equipped, updated kitchen, with extra seating at the breakfast bar. Step out on the deck to eat at the picnic table, or enjoy a soak in the hot tub under an ocean breeze. Be aware that a friendly ping-pong competition in the garage may develop during your stay.

We had a wonderful time at the beach. the check-in process was a little bumpy because there was an emergency and our vacation home wasn’t ready until 2 hrs after checkin. Cleanliness was a little bit lacking, but that was probably due to the emergency. The hot tub needs some attention. Overall, the home is a lovely place to get away at the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Very well stocked with everything needed. Location to town is great and the beach is unreal. Living room is much bigger than pics show. Highly recommend.

Negatives: We could not get into the property; code did not work. Lock box would open. Hot tub step was rotted. Deck railing in disrepair. Very unsafe. Debris on sides of house. Lower Bedroom did not have a closet or a dresser to store clothing, no lamps on nightstands. No TVs worked. Garage had Ping Pong and air hockey table however only 2 of the 6 fluorescent tubes worked in the garage. A lot of sand was on the floor and rug in the living area. Positives: Victor the maintenance guy was excellent getting us in the property and fixing the broken back door. Meredith Service rep on the phone was also great. The view and the location were fantastic, we loved using the outdoor fire pit. Walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops were great. Abundance of utensils, plates and bowels. We liked having a grill, but it needs some maintenance has the heating was very uneven.
Overall, the location is great, but the property is in dire need of TLC and maintenance.
