About this apartment rental
Island View is a stunning penthouse apartment with its own dedicated parking space and an uninterrupted sea view overlooking beautiful Towan Beach and Newquay’s historic harbour. Right in the heart of Newquay, everything is just a short stroll away. From the beach and harbour to fantastic restaurants and local shops, you’ll also find a lively nightlife scene nearby.
THE SPACE
Island View comfortably sleeps up to four guests and a baby. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds which can be made up as a king-size if requested in advance. A travel cot and high chair are also available.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. There is a Smart TV and new superfast fibre broadband, perfect for browsing, streaming or working remotely.
To help you settle in, we provide a small starter supply of essentials including tea, coffee, sugar, milk, toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid and hand soap. These are just to get you going and may not last the duration of your stay.
THINGS TO NOTE
• The apartment is on the third floor and guests need to be comfortable using three flights of stairs to access it.
• While there is a lift in the building, we do not list it as a feature as its availability during your stay cannot be guaranteed.
• Do be aware that during peak times, especially in summer, Newquay can be noisy late into the evening due to the nightclubs.
• The default bed configuration is one king and two singles. If you would like the singles made up as a king, please let us know at the time of booking or at least one week in advance.
• Cot bedding is not provided, so please bring your own.
• Bedding and towels are included, but beach towels are not.
• The apartment is PAT tested and fully fire risk assessed, with current certification in place for your peace of mind.

Host was very accommodating as we arrived early they allowed us to enter accommodation early , location and view was amazing and apartment was lovely ,there was everything you could want and was lovely and clean!A couple of things to mention was the mattress in the 1 non suite was very uncomfortable so much so i spent the weekend sleeping on my own while hubby slept in the frontroom,The towel rails in both bathrooms didnt come on ,and the extractor fans didnt work! Other than this it was a nice short break, would definitely book again if mattress upgraded

Absolutely lovely location. Brilliant views across Towan Island, beach and across to the harbour.Able to walk across the road and down the stairs for early morning cold dip, and then again in the afternoon suited up for a surf. Excellent for knowing exactly what the surf is doing so you don't have to waste time going to the beach, checking the surf, and having to come back ... it's all there right out of the window.

Great stay! From arrival to departure, it was easy! oceanfront, great for kids ( two twins) and in from of the aquarium! walking distance to great food - kids love the Concho Lounge! My son loved fishing nearby and husband hydrofoiled/ surfed in all beaches including 30 mins to St Ives! We cooked and kitchen is fully stocked! Kids loved the big windows to see daddy surf! We loved it! We will be back.

The view was spectacular! Being able to see and hear the surf was so relaxing. Location was convenient for walking around the downtown area. Lee and Loiuse were very responsive to any questions.
