Overlooking the Cornish coast, this comfortable and stylish two-storey apartment just 500 metres from the beach is perfect for a seaside town getaway for up to seven guests. Get to know North Cornwall from your base in surf hotspot Newquay while exploring the National Trust properties, beauty spots and protected landscapes around you. Relax in this Scandi-chic property with sea views, a balcony and a Jacuzzi-style bath.
This fourth-floor apartment is reached through the hallway and staircase shared with neighbouring properties. Once inside the lounge/diner, your attention will be drawn to the wide windows with two armchairs looking out onto Newquay Beach. This space has a wooden floor and tones of grey, blue and white throughout. A wooden dining table with six chairs sits beneath a large, chic wall clock. On the opposite side of the room is a plump corner sofa in front of a Smart TV. Continue to the sleek black and white kitchen with a pop of red, plus a kitchen island. Downstairs are three bedrooms – an en-suite king-size, an en-suite double, plus a twin room with an en-suite bathroom with a shower over the Jacuzzi-style bath. Outside is a sheltered balcony area with sea views. There is private parking for one car.
During your stay in Newquay, you could start your day with a dip in the sea at Towan Beach (500 metres) before wandering the headland for panoramic views of the area. Sample the seafood at the local restaurants, spend your evenings at cocktail bars and surf in the daytime. Further afield, you can walk along the South West Coast Path from Polly Joke (3 miles) to Holywell Bay (5 miles). Trevose Head Heritage Coast is 7.5 miles away, where you can see the Seven Bays and National Trust Carnewas at Bedruthan (7.5 miles).
