Apartment of 60 m² on 2 levels ideally located in the heart of the village of Le Canon.
You are 200 meters from the Bassin, 100 meters from local shops (Chez Pascal bakery, Casino Shop, ice cream parlors, pharmacy ...) and Grand-Piquey (cheesemakers, butchers, bakeries, delicatessen ...) and 350 m from the oyster huts. 10 minutes walk from the Piraillan market and only 7 minutes by bike from the Océanes beaches, thanks to the cycle paths.
Also 650 meters from the Canon jetty, it allows you to reach the Thiers d'Arcachon jetty as well as the Moulleau district.
You can also visit the Banc d'Arguin, a nature reserve, as well as the Bird Island, aboard shuttles or boats with a skipper.
You do not need a car to get around, everything is accessible on foot or by bike.
