Perched among Crete’s rugged hillside, Villa Filoxenia is a modern yet cosy property boasting unparalleled views far into the distance. From this idyllic location, you can admire the natural beauty of the island and marvel at how the clouds meet the sea.
From the infinity pool, enjoy spectacular vistas over the land below. Surrounded by green shrubbery and tropical trees, you will be immersed in a sea of green. Sun loungers frame the private swimming pool allowing you to relax in style. To escape the mid-day heat, the shaded pergola provides perfect respite. Here, you can enjoy a morning brew and grill up a feast for all the family on the built-in barbeque.
The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV, fireplace and sofas facing toward the wide glass patio doors leading to the landscaped garden grounds. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay including a microwave, dishwasher and indoor dining facilities. With three bedrooms, this property accommodates up to six guests.

Important Information - This property contains wide gaps in the ladder effect railings. Please ensure children remain supervised at all times. For your own safety please do not use inflatables inside the infinity pool or sit, walk or stand on the infinity pool edge, Children must be supervised at all times.
Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 90cm wide alongside 4 steps. The front door has a width of 90cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 105cm wide. The path to the poolside is 90cm wide. Outside, there are 1 - 4 steps leading to the pool area, depending on which route you choose. There is a patch of grass before the poolside with stepping stones. Inside, there are no bedrooms/bathrooms on the ground floor. The door into the kitchen/lounge is 90cm wide.
