The location was amazing. Very clean, had everything we needed, nice bathrooms and kitchen. the beds were a good size, but it would have been nice to have more pillows, and they were average in comfort. There was actually a bonus room of sorts where one of our kids could sleep (though the one couch there was very uncomfortable), and had plenty of space to put things. Bigger than expected overall. Wonderful refrigerator with freezer and a dishwasher!
There are no comfortable chairs to sit or relax on -- just eat in the kitchen and sleep in the beds, but we were only there to eat and sleep so it was fine. The AC didn't really cool down the entire apartment until the second or third day we were there, but the bedrooms at night were fine to sleep in.

The location was amazing! You could walk to St Peter's and to Piazza Navonna. The communication and response by owners was outstanding.

It had all of the amenities that we expected and wanted, since the kitchen was used for breakfast cooking, also a very good washing machine. Everything was as promised on the booking site. Loved the style of the house, the old beams and bricks in the walls.
