Simply - Amazing! Veronica is unbellivable host

The penthouse is even more beautifull than in pictures, so well equeped and so clean, that you feel like you are at home. The bed is amazing, the wiew from balcony and the terasse is amazing. And it is great to have a garrage included.

Pristine apartment with amazing views.

The apartment is absolutely superb! The views from the balcony, bedroom and the rooftop are beautiful. Very good value for money imo as you are so close to Monaco with the breathtaking views. Veronica was fantastic looking after us, we locked ourselves which could have been a problem :-) Veronica had a solution immediately. Very highly recommended. We will be back many times I’m sure.

Apartment was spotless. Very safe location. Beautiful views.

There are a lot of steps back to the apartment, so a good level of fitness is needed if you intend to walk to the beach or the centre.

Fantastic accommodation spectacular views even garage parking

Fantastic communication as we delayed by 5 hours due to fatal accident on motorway and they closed it . Host stayed up until after midnight to buzz the outer door exceptionally friendly fantastic apartment spectacular views even a roof terrace to relax and watch the sun rise the host had thought of everything you may need even down to a toothbrush if you forgot yours

It wasn’t a problem but hadn’t noticed on booking that it is not 2 bedrooms you use sofa bed in lounge for 1 couple but that was very comfy it isn’t a didn’t like just to make you aware fantastic fantastic

Almost perfect for 1st visit at Monaco

Great appartment, garage perfect. super nice owner. great location as you can walk down over numerous steps all the way to the beach and then nice walk towards city center to see everything on the way. there are same many steps to return back too but we like it, great experience

Der Aufenthalt in Monaco war ein sehr schönes Erlebnis und die Unterkunft ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Wunderbare Aussicht auf das Meer und auf Monaco, ausgezeichnete Ausstattung des Apartements, zusätzliche sehr schöne Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den herrlichen Sonnenaufgang. Es besteht sogar die Möglichkeit, mit einer öffentlichen Buslinie (Nr.12) sehr günstig ins Zentrum von Monaco zu fahren. Bushaltestelle ist praktisch vor dem Wohnhaus.

Ontzettend leuk en comfortabel appartement. Van alle gemakken voorzien, zoals een vaatwasser tot aan een wasmachine. Ook is parkeren in de garage mogelijk. Dit is een uitkomst wat parkeren op straat kan een uitdaging zijn. Aardige eigenaresse met wie het makkelijk communiceren is. Van te voren duidelijke instructies ontvangen over hoe in te checken. De locatie is top, dichtbij Monaco welke goed te bereiken is per bus en/of auto.

L’appartement était très bien, très propre. Le roof top est très agréable. Nous avons apprécié pouvoir garer notre voiture dans le garage fermé qui est spacieux. Très jolie vue. À recommander sans hésiter.

Paisible et confortable

Mon deuxième séjour ici était tout aussi bon que le premier. Les hôtes m’ont beaucoup aidé après des complications de transport pour m’arranger un check-in personnalisé, et l’ajout récent d’une terrasse privée sur le toit a rendu l’appartement encore plus confortable. Tout est calme et bien organisé, tous les produits nécessaires sont là, professionnalisme et hospitalité, un vrai bonheur de séjourner ici. C’est un vrai havre de paix où l’on se ressource comme à la campagne, tout en étant tout proche de la vie animée monégasque. Un pur bonheur.

Komunikacia prebehla uplne bez problemov, bolo to jedno z najuzasnejsich miest na ktorom sme kedy boli , odporucam.

Très bon séjour, l'appartement correspondait à nos attentes.

Très bon contact avec la propriétaire qui s'est souciée de notre bien-être à l'arrivée. Nous n'aurions pas hésité à la joindre si nous avions eu un quelconque souci. L'appartement est bien situé pour partir en excursion. Il est très près de Roquebrune, vieux village en hauteur, où il fait bon flâner par exemple en fin de journée ; bien situé également pour se rendre à Monaco et, un peu plus loin, à Menton. L'appartement est très propre, il y a tout ce qu'il faut et même des petites choses auxquelles on n'aurait pas pensé et qui peuvent dépanner, par exemple des parapluies ! Nous n'avons pas eu de bruit pendant notre séjour. Le garage privé est appréciable. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la terrasse en février mais elle doit être agréable par beau temps.

Delizioso appartamento in città

Bellissima vista sul mare e su Monaco, comodità dell’accesso in autonomia e posto auto coperto, bellissimi arredi, veranda privata a disposizione, teli mare a disposizione. La proprietaria ha creato una pagina con tutte le istruzioni su come utilizzare ogni cosa nella casa, dal macina grani di caffè, alla lavatrice (anche come si apre il divano letto) e consiglio su dove mangiare o uscire a Monaco. Abbiamo mangiato in un ristorante da lei indicato sul mare che effettivamente non aveva dei prezzi assurdi come il ristorante appena di fianco. Una precisione così non mi era mai capitata. Veramente complimenti.

L’assenza di aria condizionata è l’unica nota negativa, tuttavia la proprietaria si è scusata per la sua assenza e sta provvedendo alla sua installazione che avvera a fine agosto 2024.
