About this apartment rental

4 rooms completely renovated in early 2019 in a luxury residence facing the sea.

A beautiful 25-meter swimming pool is reserved for residents of the residence.

The apartment is wonderful and looks straight out on the Mediterranean with France on one side and Italy on the other. The one time I had a question it was addressed right away. Highly recommend this apartment.

Roquebrune Cap Martin is a gem of a place. Quiet and beautiful. Enjoyed every minute of our stay. Close to some breathtaking locations and minutes away from Italy. Will come back soon.

Pros for this VRBO include easy contact with property owner. The photos made this property look amazing. cons-if you chose to stay in this property you will have to bring your own or buy at arrival any household items needed. Expect the bare minimum-not cleaned well or upkept. We arrived to 1/2 roll of toilet paper, 1 paper towel, no dishwasher, laundry or bathroom soap. We were brought a bottle of wine as after complaining about the condition of the apartment. We were not brought none of the missing amenities. Even with short showers the water was only hot for two, 5 min showers. Difficult for a family. Overall I would not choice this apartment again.

The location and view from this property was amazing - right on the sea front with easy access to the beach across the street. We also enjoyed the large pool in the apartment complex. Apartment is large with 2 balconies, large dining room with seating for 8, and 2 large bedrooms with air conditioning. And we really appreciated the recent addition of a clothes dryer. We didn't have a car so used the train quite a bit to explore neighbouring towns. The train station was a 5 minute walk from the apartment with frequent trains going to many towns along the coast.

Stayed for 3 nights during Grand Prix. Easy access to train station and grocery store. View from front balcony is breathtaking. We did not see any chairs for the pool area, perhaps bc we were early in the season??

We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful beachfront condo! Very clean, safe, had everything we needed to have a successful vacation! Nice restaurants, coffee shops and walking paths nearby. Easy to Uber to places. Great communication and check-in/check-out. Would definitely return!
