Locatie is top en de douche was heerlijk!
Weinig tot geen communicatie, self check in is niks mis mee maar er ontbrak echt info als wifi codes, ontbijt tijden e.d. ook volgende ochtend deze niet gehad. Bed was te hard en alles was vochtig in de kamer bij aankomst

Great vibe and we loved the pool. This is a great spot in camps bay with beautiful views from the street and close proximity to the beach and the shopping centre. We enjoyed our stay and will be back. Our room was a bit small but we did book last minute.

Die Unterkunft liegt 10 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt, in einer ruhigen und sehr sicheren Gegend. Die Lage dient perfekt als Ausgangsort für mehrere Unternehmungen (Lions Head, Table Mountain,..). Das Bett sowie die Sanitäranlagen waren modern und angenehm.
Auf eine Anfrage im Voraus wurde sowohl über Booking als auch per E-Mail nicht geantwortet. Am Tag des Check-Ins kam überraschend eine Mail, auf der ein Online-Check in gefordert wurde, woraufhin uns die Codes für die Haus- als auch Zimmertür genannt wurden. In unserer Lockbox befand sich jedoch keine Zimmerkarte, weshalb wir das Zimmer nicht beziehen konnten. Anfragen wurden daraufhin per Booking spärlich beantwortet und es konnte nach 1h eine Lösung erzielt werden. Bei einem weiteren Problem meldete sich erneut niemand zurück. Frühstück war okay, für Veganer nicht geeignet. Lediglich eine der Service-Kräfte vor Ort zeigte sich hilfsbereit und sympathisch, die anderen wirkten nicht „Gästeorientiert“. Der Pool konnte wie auf dem Foto zu erkennen nicht genutzt werden.
