Great location in Lucca. We enjoyed two nights here and had everything we needed. Good to have a washing machine and drying rack. Good communication from the host which made the stay very smooth.
Nothing.

Its location in the old city, close to a super grocery store, restaurants. Apt. is spacious.
The fact that wi-fi was down for our two-day stay. Staircase to apt. is narrow and steep, and therefore not easy for guests with mobility issues or heavy suitcases.

Location is good. Unit small but quaint.
Visited in winter & the apartment was freezing cold. I could not stay.
