perfect location, spacious
AC loud as if about to die. But making cold in the living room. However AC is missing in the bedroom and despite the open doors to the living room area the bedroom is overheated. Especially that the apt is right under the roof.

Eine sehr authentische Erfahrung in Lucca. Verwinkelte Dachgeschosswohnung mit Blick in einen Innenhof. Wir waren schon häufig in LuCca und mögen die Lage sehr, da sich das Apartment in der Nähe sehr beliebter Bars und Restaurants befindet. Sehr sympathisch unser Gastgeber Filippo. In solch einer Wohnung kann es immer passieren, dass nicht alles funktioniert. Aber Filippo war sehr hilfsbereit und hat sich persönlich und schnell gekümmert. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Eccellente posizione, a10 minuti a piedi dal parcheggio gratuito fuori le mura e in 5 in piazza anfiteatro, zona eccellente anche per bar, negozi e ristoranti. Spazio adeguato anche per 4 persone. Bagno un po' stretto, ma non si poteva fare di meglio.
Occhio alle scale per accedervi, non proprio comode se hai passeggini o bimbi piccoli. (Ma non era il nostro caso!)

Visited in winter & the apartment was freezing cold. I could not stay.
