Rooms were clean and well-organized. The location was good and the environment was quiet; it was close to the metro and the city center.
There was no kettle, and there was a slightly strong smell in the bathroom.

La doccia senza vetri e padelle un po’ usurate ed assenza di elementi essenziali per poter usufruire la cucina come sale olio oppure per la pulizia dei capi essendoci una lavatrice potrebbe esserci un po’ di detersivo.
La mattina del giorno prima della partenza si è presentato in casa senza preavviso uno sconosciuto, ovvero ha suonato il campanello e non si è percepito da dove provenisse ed allora mi sono affacciato alla porta.
Sennò sarebbe entrato senza problemi, magari 20 minuti prima mi trovava sotto la doccia.
semplicemente doveva riporre le lenzuola per le donne delle pulizie per il check out il giorno dopo

Area is nice, bars and restaurants very close.
1 double bed is completely dead and need to be changed
Kitchen is missing : microwave , toaster, mugs, salt and pepper...
Bathroom : bad smell all the time. No door at the shower = water everywhere.
Could be a nice place if a minimum of investment is made
