Οι οδηγίες για την είσοδο ήταν ξεκάθαρες και η επικοινωνία με τον Paolo πολύ καλή. Η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος ήταν πολύ καλή δίπλα στο μετρό κι σε στάση αστικού. Το δωμάτιο και το μπάνιο ήταν αρκετά άνετα.
Το στρώμα δεν ήταν καθόλου βολικό, το ίδιο και τα μαξιλάρια. Επίσης είχε ένα καλάθι (άπλυτων μάλλον) το οποίο είχε πράγματα μέσα από προηγούμενους ενοικιαστές. Στο μπάνιο το τηλέφωνο του ντους ήταν χαλασμένο και έτρεχε νερό από σημείο που δεν έπρεπε επίσης στα πλακάκια και στις άκρες του διαχωριστικού γυαλιού είχε βρωμιές, η λεκάνη ειχε κίτρινες στάμπες κάτω από το καπακι, τέλος οι βρύσες είχαν μερικά άλατα πάνω.
