7 min to Colosseum, Smart TV, Full Kitchen

Ottima posizione, vicinissima alla metro. Appartamento confortevole, molto silenzioso, ristrutturato e dotato di tutto ciò che è necessario. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e disponibile. Nelle vicinanze ci sono diverse attività commerciali. Il quartiere è molto tranquillo e comunque ben collegato con il centro, a pochi minuti dal Colosseo che si raggiunge in...7 minutes!

We had a very pleasant stay at these apartments. They are spacious, comfortable and neatly maintained. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped with everything you might need. We especially loved the secure, gated courtyard with remote door access — it gave a real sense of privacy and safety. It’s just a 8‑minute walk from the metro station and you’ll find a lovely café and a big supermarket just around the corner. Since the apartment is on the ground floor and the radiators were cold, we relied on the air conditioner to keep the rooms cozy, and it worked perfectly.

Our suggestions for improvement would be to fix the bathroom window (it’s quite stiff and hard to operate) and to add a small heater in the bathroom. On cold mornings, it was chilly when taking a shower.If you’re planning to stay longer, note that there’s no washing machine.

La casa è esattamente come nelle foto, molto bella e spaziosa, anche le camere. Il personale disponibile e cordiale. Pulita e dotata di tutto ciò che serve. Buona la posizione

Cosy, bright, spacious flat with delicate interior. Comfortable bed, nice beddings, warm rooms, comfortable bathroom, spacious shower cabin. Easy check-in, friendly staff, great location.

Tiles floor (cold), only very hot water from the bidet (better not to use it), slightly noisy in the afternoon (it's ground floor), yet in the evening it's very peaceful and quiet.
