Really close to the metro station. Clean and spacious, love the fact it has a washing machine as not many do now. We were able to drop off our luggage before checkin which really helped us.
The shower wasn't very good too much pressure on the hand held one and no pressure at all on the overhead one. Not what you want after a long day walking round Rome.

This accommodation was a great choice for us. The host is very kind. The apartment is clean, welcoming, and well equipped. It is three minutes from the supermarket and two minutes from the metro. I will recommend it to all my friends so they can have a perfect stay in Rome.

Everything was great at Casa Elena. I know the Garbatella neighbourhood well and it was a pleasure to "live" there and be close to the Metro and buses. There was a lot of space in the apartment and we were able to wash our clothes, cook and eat comfortably.
We had 2 minor issues that are close to irrelevant. Casa Elena uses the Vikey system for entry and exit, and we occasionally had glitches related to our cellphones. A good cell phone connection and an understanding of how Vikey and Italian deadbolt systems work are helpful. Secondly, Casa Elena has a Krups coffee machine and some of the more generic pods/capsules just fall through the machine. Once we were given a different brand of pod, we had no issues.
