The Little Big House

We really liked this property. Inside the apartment everything was perfect — very clean, modern, and well maintained. There were lots of facilities and everything looked new. The bed and the sofa bed were both very comfortable and clean. Shampoo and conditioner were provided, and inside the cabinets there was everything you could need, just like at home. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it. We also liked the location. The metro and bus station were very close, and there were supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which made everything very convenient.

The only things we didn’t really like were that the outside of the building was not very clean and tidy, and the area is not a wealthy neighbourhood. However, it was very quiet and peaceful. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

Everything was great. The building itself has a kind of retro look, which gives it additional charm, while the apartment inside is completely new and equipped with everything you need. The building doesn’t have an elevator, but the apartment is only one or two floors up, so there are very few stairs and they’re not tiring at all. The apartment is clean, comfortable, small and compact, yet still with sufficiently spacious rooms — very cozy and tucked into greenery, with a beautiful view from the windows and located in a quiet neighborhood. Also, all compliments to the host, Alberto — very responsive, pleasant, helpful with anything needed, and open to any arrangement.

Localizzato nel bellissimo quartiere Garbatella. L'appartamento affaccia su una corte verdissima con vista suggestiva. Molto silenzioso. Più vicino della metro fermate di linee bus che portano direttamente in centro.

C'erano quattro cuscini tutti molto morbidi, consigliamo di inserirne almeno uno più rigido. Non siamo riusciti a calare la tenda a rullo nella zona giorno. Il bastone in dotazione non rimaneva agganciato all'anello predisposto.

Note positive: il gatto dei vicini, il check in automatico e presenza del sapone per le mani Presenza di una macchinetta del caffè a cialde. Per tre notti e 2 persone c’erano solo 2 cialde Note negative: La struttura si trova al terzo piano e non al secondo come descritto su Booking allego foto Il primo giorno Abbiamo segnalato la mancanza sia di sapone sia dei mastelli e l’host ha risposto che provvederà solo per il futuro. Il palazzo dove è ubicato l’appartamento è in uno stato di incuria: giardino incolto, portone di ingresso rotto, scalini rotti, muri scrostati conseguenza al calar del sole compaiano diversi insetti esperienza non proprio piacevole.
