Un grand Merci à Marco pour son accueil à notre arrivée. Il nous a accompagné dans l'appartement et nous avons reçu toutes les informations nécessaires pour notre séjour. Il reste disponible si besoin. L'appartement est très bien situé pour visiter le centre historique, en restant à 10 min à pieds de la gare seulement, plein de petits restos à proximité aussi. C'est propre, bien rénové, douches italiennes et les matelas sont confortables. Agréable pour 2 couples, chacun a son espace privé. Le bar/pâtisserie pour le petit-déjeûner est top, à quelques pas de l'appartement, et l'accueil y est très sympathique. Il y a des petits commerces à proximité pour acheter ce dont on a besoin. In terms of the location and general comfort of the apartment we were pleased.

The Booking.com website we used to book stated that breakfast would be provided and, like another reviewer, it wasn't. There should have been a kettle but this was missing so we had to resort to boiling water in a saucepan to make tea. Also like another reviewer, there was no washing up liquid or cloths to either clean dishes or dry dishes. If there was a 24hour front desk, we didn't see it, or the mini market - both also mentioned on the booking website. The extractor fan is the bedroom nearest the kitchen wasn't working, neither was one of the TV's. Important to Note: The apartment is on the 2nd floor and reached by four short flights of stairs. There is no lift. Also, the tourist tax which is due on checking in, is payable in cash only. I know we could have addressed this with the owner, however, we wanted to concentrate on enjoying our holiday.
