Very good location, good property for a family stay.
The apartment was not very clean at our arrival, and the communication was not great. We asked some questions and support, to be only told that it was not possible to leave the luggage, and no advice and response to our questions.

Lovely property - clean, exactly like the photo, and had all the amenities. A great location, just slightly out of city centre so nice and quiet, less than 10 minute walk to nearest tram if you want to get into the main square.
We happened to be staying during a heatwave and although there is no AC, we were provided with two large industrial floor fans. Slightly difficult to find, but just follow the instructions and ask reception staff if unsure.

Molt a prop caminant del centre de Cracòvia
Hi vàrem estar 4 nits, cinc dies. Erem 4 persones. Tot i que no alterar l’estada a l’allotjament hi va haver diverses coses que ens van molestar: només hi havia 3 rotlles de paper de WC, les cadires del balcó estaven trencades i eren molt incomodes. No ens varen canviar els llençols ni les tovalloles. Ens va molestar no rebre resposta a les nostres demandes. Cap esforç per part dels llogaters.
