This was our second stay at these apartments, and once again we had a wonderful experience. It is a perfect choice for families, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The apartment is clean, well-equipped, and feels like home.
The location is excellent, with most of the city’s main attractions and interesting places within easy walking distance. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily choose these apartments again in the future. Highly recommended!
There wasn’t really anything we disliked. The only thing worth mentioning is that the building does not have an elevator, so guests should be prepared to carry their luggage up the stairs. This wasn’t a major issue for us, but it may be helpful for future guests to know.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gibt alles, was man braucht. absolut empfehlenswert für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Krakau.

Все було чудово, достатньо місця та посуду для комфортного перебування чотирьох людей. Техніка працює, духовка трохи задимлює, але в принципі все ок. Великим плюсом для нас стала тераса. Сусіди не шуміли. Розташування дуже вдале - багато зекономили на проїзді.
Не очікували, що з духової шафи повалитить дим від старого жиру, але все нормально. Ми очікували, що ванна кімната буде трохи більшою, але це було абсолютно не критично.

The apartment was a close walk to old town and wawel Castle.
The shower in the apartment was amazing however no extractor fan meant it got uncomfortably warm.
During working hours they were prompt with their replies and arranged taxi pickup for us from hotel.
The directions to get the apartment were not correct. They advised the apartment was on the 3rd floor, when in fact it was on the 4th floor.
Instructions stated white doors, when in fact it was a singular white door.
The out of hour emergency contact number was pointless. We could not find the apartment by the Instructions at 2am and phoned about 20 times with no answer. We had to arrange for alternative accommodation for the night as we were unable to get in contact with anyone as we had 2 kids and 1 teenager with us. We have been told a refund has been requested for the first night but have yet to receive.
