Zamkowa15 Apartments

Had everything we needed for a last minute overnight stay. The team was extremely reactive- our flight from Balice airport got cancelled at 9pm- we managed to book this property and be on our way within 30 minutes- with all instructions for check in being sent quickly even considering the late hour. Considering we have been travelling and stranded with a small child this was amazingly helpful as we just wanted to get in and put her to sleep as soon as possible. The location is great- 25 minute drive from the airport and right in the centre of Krakow so we were close to shops.

Only downside is the very busy road right outside the windows. In cooler times of the year isn’t an issue as the windows stop the noise, but on a hot night was slightly problematic as we would’ve loved to keep the windows open for breeze. Not a big issue and definitely doesn’t overshadow the positives:)

Really good location, very walkable into town centre, nice and quiet even though it is close to a main road, room was clean, lots of space and comfy bed.

Pillows were a little flat and the bed was very low down but this was only a minor issue and did not affect my experience.

I really appreciated the AC unit in the bedroom loft as well as the fan downstairs. The apartment is very spacious and the kitchen had most things needed to cook dinners. Even though it’s a mile walk from the apartment to the old town square, I still liked the location because it was quiet and near the river. Sometimes it felt as if we were the only ones in the building. Self check in was super easy.

My husband and I stayed for one week. There are a couple additional amenities that could elevate this place from good to great for a long stay: paper towels, a few cleaning supplies (like a broom), and a change of bath towels (or extra ones from the beginning).

Location was great and good size for 2

Main security gate was broke and main door a few times was left open so did not feel secure. Cleanliness of towels and room, Blocked bathroom sink and stairs very slippy.
