Good Location, clean and well equipped. Good communication.

On our last night the expelair vent made a noise (when off) as the wind blew the flaps would open. I think this was because it was windy outside.

Nice apartment, great location, nice people to deal with... :)

The property's spacious and roomy - I appreciated the little amenities (toothbrush sets, slippers) provided as well. The staff's responsiveness to any of my questions was fantastic as well. They were helpful and kind.

Had a bath, which was amazing, microwave, fridge etc. so basic amenities all met, appreciated the code for entry/exit. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided plus some basics like cotton buds. Was able to drop bags at the apartment before check in which was super helpful, there's a lift and stairs to main apartment, air con was essential and fully working, beautiful loft windows and black out blinds.

Got a whatsapp the day of asking when I'd like to check in and standard check in time, the response back was "you can't check in before the standard check in time", so seemed a bit pointless to proffer. This room also had a shower/shower attachment but it was a slanted roof so no chance of having an actual shower. The TV didn't work after two people (one being a technician) attempted to hook this up, which was disappointing and a third ask to resolve this seemed pointless as this was "the only room with this problem", the comms on this were quite poor. In fact the technician came and I believe the solution was to just unplug the TV, not connect it to the digi box it was routed to. Only one toilet roll in the property for an 11 day stay. No additional rubbish bags provided - it was a lot of "ask for it" instead of included in the property, which works if it's just a weekend but for longer term stays an awareness to minimise the asks would be helpful. Especially as the response on whatsapp isn't always immediate for both parties. Body lotion as part of the provisions would've been great. Somewhere for luggage storage on check out would be great, especially given the heat - it just wasn't practical to walk around with everything after the fact but appreciate apartments can be limited in this way. Cleaner had a terrible attitude as I was leaving; annoyed I wasn't prompt - language barrier didn't help with this.
