Serene Apartment in the City Center - by Upstairs

Sehr sauber und ordentlich und Zimmer wie beschrieben. Tatsächlich 4 Schlafzimmer und eine schöne Küche. Wir haben den Flur als Sitzgelegenheit zum Essen und Trinken genutzt. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und kostenloser Parkplatz im Innenhof Sehr gut Gerne wieder

З вулиці дуже чути (особливо ввечері) неприємний запах каналізації чи щось типу того, зі сторони двору проводяться будівельні роботи, з самого ранку дуже шумно, але то від власників не залежить.

Cleanliness, hard floors. Comfortable beds, spacious bedroom furniture. Modern kitchen with tall fridge freezer and dishwasher, wc & shower rooms.

When we first arrived the rear entrance and stairwell didn't give much confidence but that wasn't representative of the apartment. We had a few issues which we had to make owners aware of but they were quickly sorted, although we had to provide access obviously. The blinds at the bedroom windows reduce the light coming in but the rooms get quite light on a morning so may not suit everyone and in the bedroom with balcony access the blind doesn't cover all of the glazing so its lightest in that room. The shower took some getting used to in terms of getting a flow of cool water, cold and hot was easy, comfortable was harder to achieve. At the rear of the property a substantial building is being refurbished (so is going to take some time to complete) and the site opens at 6.00 in the morning, light sleepers (like me) be aware, I came home needing a holiday to catch up on sleep.
