We loved the charm and elegance of this old property, with its grand, high ceilings and unique character. Every room had a balcony and the lovely oval sitting room transported us back into another era. Paula came to welcome us and was most hospitable, helpful and kind. She gave us excellent advice about restaurants too and we loved the ones she recommended. The location is very good as its very near (15 mins) to the centre but away from the touristy area.

Hosts were very helpful and accommodating. Location was convenient to sites in Catania. Apartment layout was unique and quirky. AC worked well.
Between two busy roads, noise could be quite loud.

The location was fantastic. Close to public transport but main sites were within walking distance.
The little stairs to the laundry and upstairs bathroom were a little tight and had to be very careful when walking up or down.
