Casa a piano terra completa di tutto, con parcheggio a pagamento a 50 metri.
Posizione ottima per il centro, ma si consiglia passeggiare da via etnea, altrimenti si passa da un mercato caratteristico ma affollatissimo.
Troppo piena di mobili, oggetti e quadri la rendono difficile da pulire e limitano gli spazi. Macchine parcheggiate davanti alla porta rendono scomodo l'ingresso, sarebbe utile mettere un passo carrabile. La porta di ingresso a vetri fa a entrare luce ma le tende non oscurano completamente di notte.
