At first, the appartment was in a very convenient area, close to the center and all the major attractions,such as piazza Duomo, and Bellini theater, and the fish market. Very close to Etna street as well! The appartment was very big for a group of 4, clean enough, with very interesting furnitures! And this is where the good stuff ends!

4 capsules of coffee machine for a group of 4 for 5 days! 3 toilets with 1 toilet paper each! No paper in the kitchen! We had to go the next morning to the super market to buy some essentials!!! No extra blankets, no extra pillows, no extra sheets and no extra towels!!! The person who came to give us the keys, he came 15 minutes later, and we had to wait for him outside the appartment!!! Not professional at all! He gave us the keys, he didnt even asked to help us with our bags, as he declared that the lift was in maintenance and not working!!! So we had to climb to the 1rst floor with our bags on our own, eventhough we were very tired of the trip! Also, he wasnt polite at all, he didnt gave us any instruction concerning the house, not even the wifi, we had to find everything on our own!!!! He was in such a rush, it seemed to us that he loved to be somewhere else instead of doing his job!!! I texted him at the whatsup about the water, if the tap water was drinkable and no answer from him!!! And then we saw the filter! Very sad from the very bad communication!!! The communication with Wonderfull Italy that runs this place, was very difficult from the beginning. Eventhough this place has potentials, the company that runs this place takes from me low rating!!!

Beautiful, clean and spacious it has everything we needed! Lovely design. So happy it had a hair dryer, plenty of towels, stocked kitchen (only thing I couldn’t find was a pot holder to use for oven), laundry, and the best part was that it was so close to the center square and great restaurants. When my husband accidentally pulled the door shut with keys inside locking it, Giuseppe came and rescued us promptly. Very thankful for how responsive and helpful they were.

Nothing negative to say about this beautiful property! I don’t know if I overlooked the trash schedule somehow in earlier communications in the week but would be great to have that laying on kitchen counter so we knew what the daily material collections were.

Serviço de acolhimento pouco simpático. O apartamento não estava preparado para os 6 hóspedes. Faltava roupa de cama e toalhas situação que só foi resolvida um dia após a chegada. Serviço de acolhimento local incontactavel.

The apartment is in a good location, very near to the piazza, lots of good restaurants nearby. The Apartment itself is beautiful, modern and well furnished, very spacious, it is well equipped including a water dispenser. It is air conditioned and rather comfortable

Despite the nice spacious apartment, our holiday was spoiled but the need to constantly resetting the water switch because the pump is not working. On day 4 of our stay despite resetting the switch there was no water coming out at all, and we had to go out of the apartment to get water and wash ourselves. It is rather upsetting. the management must have been tired with my multiple messages as they've responded just keep trying and in the end around the end of the day they have got a maintenance man to come in the following day. I feel that this should have been sorted out even before advertising the apartment as water supply is such a basic and essential requirement
