New York apartments

Przestronny, ładny, czysty i dobrze wyposażony apartament położony w świetnej lokalizacji, wszędzie jest blisko. Właściciel był bardzo miły i pomocny.

Wszystko było dobrze.

Nagyon tiszta, szép, ízlésesen berendezett tágas lakás, szebb mint a képeken. Nagyon sok ablaka van, amiket profi módon sötétítenek. A lépcsőház is nagyon szép! Remek helyen van, minden látnivaló sétatávolságra van, a közelben jó éttermek vannak. Nagyon jó teregetési lehetőség van az erkélyen, ami számomra fontos volt. A nappaliban lévő kanapén is kényelmes volt aludni. Szívesen visszamennék!

A hálószobában van a klíma, ha azt akartuk, hogy a nappalit is lehűtse, akkor a hálószobában már fáztunk.

Super Lage, in der Nähe haben wir auch einen abgesperrten günstigen Parkplatz entdeckt. Wer mit dem Flugzeug kommt...die Haltestelle der Airport-Linie ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt! Nur kurzer Weg zum Markt, zu Catanias Flaniermeile, in die Altstadt...und wer schon untertags viel erlebt hat und keine Lust aufs Kochen hat - ums Eck gibt es ein ausgezeichnetes Lokal😉

Für uns war es perfekt

The location is convenient, close to the city centre and a supermarket, which was useful.

Unfortunately, my 5-night stay (24–29 August) was disappointing overall. As this was a business stay, I requested an invoice and provided the host with all the required company and tax details. The host initially directed me to Booking.com, while Booking.com directed me back to the host. Despite providing the requested information, I still have not received the invoice yet (7 Sep ) and was told it will take 15 more days. There were also no coffee or toiletries provided. When I asked the host, I was told that these were not provided. The apartment has AC only in the bedroom, with no AC or fan in the living/dining/kitchen area, making it uncomfortable to sit there when it was hot. At the same time, the Wi-Fi in the bedroom was very poor and kept disconnecting, although the connection in the living room was good. This was particularly inconvenient during a work trip. I also asked if I could extend checkout by just 30 minutes, from 11:00 to 11:30, but received no response. The apartment has a good location, but the combination of these issues made my stay less comfortable and convenient than expected. I would recommend future guests, especially business travellers, to be aware of these points before booking.
