The accommodations and the staff were amazing! My only negative from the whole stay is when taking a shower. The hot water is so limited I barely got soaked up and the water was cold. Other than that everything was fantastic!

Location: excellent. Just steps from the Duomo. We stayed 2 nights: we had the room serviced. TV did not work the second night. It kept buffering for signal. And internet was so so the second night. A/C worked. Thanks God! No fridge in the room, but a sharing one is available at the main door. Early arrival: we were offered to store our luggage and start visiting Catania Management very responsive to our messages. The place has 4 or 5 rooms. It is located in a courtyard with other residencies and hotel type organizations. The gate to the courtyard is always locked. It’s quiet. It felt like we were the only one. Shampoo, body wash and hand soaps are provided. Coffee maker, pods and sugar available in the room. Sheets and towels cleaned and sufficient. Bed was comfortable. I travelled with my teenager son (normally I travel solo) and found it safe. I would go back.
