Etnea Wonderful View

Location and view from the balcony was great, especially the view of Etna. The bus (alibus) goes to the airport just outside the apartment (and other way around) which was great because taxi is pretty expensive in Sicily.

We did not have access to the rooftop terrace which we thought we had.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Zentral gelegen, fußläufig sind die zentralen Plätze der Stadt und zahlreiche Restaurants zu erreichen. Das absolute Highlight der Wohnung ist der Blick auf den Etna. Die Bilder versprechen nicht zu wenig. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, alles vorhanden, falls man doch einmal selbst kochen oder waschen möchte. Der Service durch den Host war super. Hat alles reibungslos geklappt.

Das Türschloss ging etwas schwer.

Открывается очень красивый вид на вулкан Этна. Хорошее расположение ко всем достопримечательностям можно добраться пешком. Одобрили поздний заезд в 21:40. Быстро отвечали на вопросы :)

Рядом находится открытая концертная площадка, каждый день ночью были концерты до 12:00-1:00. Так что в квартире даже с закрытыми окнами очень шумно. Пугающий лифт 🌚 А еще вода греется бойлером, если принимать душ сразу после кого-то, то на второго человека воды может и не хватить.

Great central location. Basic facilities. Wonderful view of Mt Etna Free Parking in the centre of the city

With a bit of care & attention this could be a great little apartment but it is shabby & uncared for and little or no thought has been given to making it more user friendly. Towels were grey, holes in the bath mat, dishes were grimy, ( and no detergent provided to wash them), minimal kitchen equipment ... no cooks knives, chopping board, wooden spoons etc. so impossible to cook a proper meal. No functional corkscrew. Kitchen is just a sink, a cooktop & fridge in a tiny space. Terrace with the view of Etna could be fabulous but furniture is wobbly & falling apart. I booked my check in time & no-one arrived and the phone number listed was not answered. Someone eventually turned up.
