Buona la posizione fronte mare, molto rumoroso per infissi della veranda che non si chiudevano perfettamente e trafilava il vento sempre presente in questa costa.mi aspettavo più servizi e un lungomare con più negozi e punti di ristoro

Es un apartamento amplio y luminoso. El salón es bastante grande y tiene unas vistas increíbles. Al tener todo abierto es como si estuvieras en la playa. El amanecer es precioso mientras tomas un café. El apartamento es cómodo. En el baño la ducha está perfecta, por una vez en un apartamento de este estilo, me he encontrado con una ducha cómoda, grande, que no se dañe el agua y con un muy buen funcionamiento. Tiene termo eléctrico pero es muy grande por lo que se pueden duchar varias personas sin problemas. La cama quizás es algo blanda pero eso es cuestión de gustos y costumbre, porque realmente he estado muy cómoda. La ubicación es ideal, porque según bajas del apartamento ya estás en la playa.
Solo puedo decir que he estado muy a gusto y cómoda, y que volvería a repetir.
En general bastante bien, únicamente pongo este comentario no con intención de hacer mal sino de intentar ayudar a la mejora, lo único que vi que se podría mejorar es poner más utensilios de cocina, arreglar las ventanas ya que no encajan bien y cuesta cerrarlas y abrirlas, además de sonar muchísimo el aire, y arreglar la cerradura de la puerta entrada, ya que no encajan bien y cuesta muchísimo abrir a la primera.

The view is amazing, close to the seaside and the beach. There is a nice promenade nearby to have a walk. The area is very quite, but the place is close to Cullera, a very popular and vibrant holiday place.
A lot of parking places for the car, wifi connection is very good.
Except for the view we were pretty dissapointed because the place needs basic renovation, everything was left as it was constructred/furnished in the beginning, there are stains almost everywhere in the house and it looks pretty untidy.
The place doesn't have proper heating system for the winter period, we got 2 electrical heaters, but it doesn't feel like enough, the surface being quite big. Balcony windows are hardly opening/closing and the wind is blowing through them.
The kitchen we didn't really use, but we felt like it was not clean enough.
We book the full appartment and it had 3 bedrooms from which 2 of them were locked by the host. Not that we planned to switch the room everynight, but I don't find it necessary.
