Nice for a quiet relaxing stay, bring supplies and games.

Close to the beach and comfortable house for group or large or two family group. The house facilitates were well maintained.

The location of the property would be great in high season, any time outside means limited facilities. You would definitely need a car to travel to supermarket and restaurants. Valencia is 30 mins drive and a car is a must.

Our sat nav didn’t gave us the right direction for the last 10min so we have entered to the wrong streets 2times before we reach the property.

The 2 bathrooms are newly refurbished and very clean. The house near a non-crowded beach.

The house is in an inner courtyard, next to others, neighbors being, on the one hand, an old woman with mental problems, and on the other, a family with a dog, which has a difficult smell to bear. At the ground floor of the house there was a specific animal smell, the door to the toilet was not closing, the kitchen was not well cared for and poorly equipped. For these reasons / problems I stayed only 2 nights out of 8 until I found another accommodation. The town is not interesting, it is a provincial town, from the country.

The clean and ready-for-guest holiday house, and the well organized host. The house is large, there are five sleeping rooms, which could accommodate a large family, or two to three small families. There is a good equipped kitchen, as well as showers, toilets, washing machine, heating equipment etc. The fireplace is the high light, which was a great fun for my children. The beach is just 3 min walk time, very fine and soft sand, the children spent long time on the beach under sunshine, and we had a lot of fun. There were very few people on the beach, maybe because it is off season, and also it is away from the big city. A great place to recommend!

The location of the house was not easy to find, because there are many one-direction streets in the nearest town, the Google navigation lead me two times the wrong way. From the main Street to the seeside apartment, there seems to be only one entrance street. On the main Street, there is a sign with arrow and a Spanish word "appartmentos" (not sure about the spelling) on it. It would be easier if I didn't look into the navigation, but looked at the sign instead. :)

L’emplacement est parfait à 1mn de la plage. Maison spacieuse et confortable !!! Malgré le temps froid les poêles et la cheminée à disposition ont rendus nos soirées chaleureuses. Literie confortable et maison très bien équipée.

Une maison à la plage

Nous avons passé une super séjour dans cette maison à 100m de la plage. La communication avec l'hôte est bonne et rapide. L'arrivée s'est faite en autonomie. Le logement est très bien équipé pour 8 personnes. L'environnement en cette période de novembre est calme.

Это был невероятный отдых в прекрасном месте!!! Сложно описать словами… Дом великолепный, до моря 2 минуты, рядом магазины, бары и ресторан у моря. Это место для тех, кто ищет умиротворения и релакса, а не тусовки и помпезность. Хозяин дома- Сергей, отзывчивый и вежливый человек. Соседи - участливый испанцы, которые нас свозили в Валенсию, и познакомили с культурой поедания паэльи. Много чего можно еще написать ✍️ но, не буду 😂 Приезжайте и пробуйте🫶🌊👋

Mala experiencia con el propietario

La ubicación

El sábado a las 8.30 de la mañana nos despertó las obras del vecino, y ya no era dormir, es que era imposible estar en la casa tomando un café. Me puse en contacto con el propietarios buscando una solución, y no nos dio ninguna solución El domingo había que abandonar la casa a las 10, y propuse hacerlo más tarde por las molestias del día anterior y me dijo que no porque tenía otra entrada… pero era mentira! En booking estaba disponible para ese día, podía haber reservado, adjunto una captura de booking (podía reservar para el domingo 23 de septiembre)Cuando se lo dije quitó la disponibilidad de booking… pero tengo el pantallazo!!! Además, las almohadas están guarrisimas y llenas de moho… se me ocurrió quitar una funda y que asco! A parte de incómodas.
