Great place

Lovely location with an amazing view, great garden with a fishing pond and some animals. Rooms are neat and tidy, common spaces are clean, there is a really cosy dinning room with a great atmosphere, a fireplace and a small bar outside the house. Hosts were really friendly and kind. Please note property is accessible by car (even if google says otherwise), as although no signboard, there is a dirt road crossing under the railway and leading to the propery. We will happily return over the summer.

Note the bathroom is shared and property is close to the railway (trains can be loud although windows provide good isolation). Our only concern was that the bunk bed had no side rail so it is not suitable for a younger kid (ours was loosing toys and pillows falling down). Property is reachable by car through a dirt road which is missing on google maps.

Absolut recommendation

The garden is vast and extraordinary. It's beautiful with the two ponds and especially the children enjoyed the anymals: they have peacocks, a horse, goats and cute cats. Just 2 minutes by bike is the river tagliamento where you can play (swim) . The house is very clean and the hosts provide you with everything you need. They are very generous and offer a very good Continental breakfast. We spent there one night on our cycle toour from tarvis to grado but could have easily stayed longer. We can absolutely recommend the place!

Great place, friendly staff

Genuinely friendly staff, who speak English. Simple, but exceptionally delicious food on offer at the bar - all the panini, formaggi were fresh, and the portions were big. Good selection of food at breakfast (10€ per person on request). It was also fresh, and the atmosphere of the diner is great. The surrounding area is nice, you can see mountains, and two small fishing lakes, which both have crystal clear water. Plenty of parking spots, you don't have to worry about someone dinging your car. There are two very friendly cats, and some beautiful peacocks around the place. The bed is really comfortable, as well as the pillows (2 pieces per person). There is a shared bathroom for two rooms. Everything was squeaky clean, the bedroom, the bathroom, and the whole place really. I can only recommend this place, even if you are just passing through.

Tolle Übernachtung

Sehr nette Gastgeber. Es gibt viele Tiere, die frei rumlaufen: Pfau, Pony und Katzen mit Babies! Die Gegend und das Gelände sind klasse. Ein klarer Fischteich ist da und ein Kiosk für Getränke und allerlei Snacks und Panini. Das Frühstück ist gut, die Zimmer komfortabel und sauber, nur das Bad musste mit einem anderen Gast geteilt werden

Die größe des Zimmers freundliche Anbieterin.

Es ist sehr schwierig zu finden und sehr abgelegen. Das Badezimmer war zum teilen, kein TV, das Frühstück war jetzt nicht sehr vielfältig. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis zu anderen Unterkünften passt nicht. Andere Hotels kosten dasselbe und man bekommt wesentlich mehr dafür.

Äußerst freundliche Gastgeber, sehr sauberes Zimmer und ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. An der Bar im Garten sind Snacks erhältlich, der Hausherr holt leckere Pizza vom Restaurant in der Nähe. Es gibt einen gesicherten Abstellplatz mit Lade-Möglichkeit für die Fahrräder.

Consigliato!

Struttura accogliente e pulitissima. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione varia e abbondante. La casa è immersa nel verde, accanto a un laghetto e con un chiosco/bar. L'ambiente è quindi molto piacevole ed è stato l'ideale per noi, famiglia con bambini. I gestori ci hanno offerto la possibilità di cenare in loco, facendo arrivare da un vicino ristorante i piatti da noi scelti; ce li hanno poi serviti loro, caldi e nei piatti proprio come al ristorante. Servizio apprezzatissimo!

Il bagno (grande e pulito) era condiviso con un'altra stanza; tuttavia, gli altri ospiti erano nostri amici e quindi per noi non è stato un problema.

Nette Unterkunft in schöner Naturlage

Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb von Venzone, dafür mitten im Grünen. Der Teich und die Parkanlage sind wunderschön. Das Zimmer hätte ein wenig größer sein können, war aber für 1 Nacht absolut ok. Sehr gutes Frühstück und liebevolle Betreuung durch die Besitzer.
