What a wonderful place to visit

Hotel has a premium location on the lake, parking is fenced and big, room was clean and balcony is great with a lake and mountain views. Bed is comfy. Bathroom is of smaller size but everything works and it's efficient. Towels for bathing and beach are provided. Breakfast was delicious and enough. A/C works but it wasn't needed since evening and night temperatures get chilly. The scenery on the lake changes - in the morning there are people on sails because it's windy and in the afternoon kayak, sup and swimming since the lake gets super calm. Absolutely recommend both with kids or for a weekend getaway. We were there with a dog and everything is dog friendly, respectful and since our dog is a heavy swimmer she had the best times.

Kettle would be expected in the room considering the hotel rating and price.

We had problems with setting temperature of an air conditioning. It was too late to ask anybody for help. Rooms are too small for my taste.

Perfect stay! Nice staff, good parking facility, comfortable bed. Swimming pool is also very nice and clean. The restaurant was awesome! Mrs Gaya was also very helpful with some problem we had. Thank you!

When value exceeds the price

My wife and I always try to find hotels or other places to stay with better value to us than the price, we need to pay. Hotel Trilago was such a place 😊 Here you have: - A newly renovated hotel with everything nice, clean and in perfect order. - A beautiful, picturesque lake surrounded by mountains - Walkable trails and quiet road around the lake = 8 kilometers - Quiet waters with fish, turtles and ducks swimming around - Water bikes, canoes, swimming/beach and more options offered close by - In the morning you’ll see a lot of surfers, paragliders etc. on the lake and around - Further to the restaurant in the hotel, you find another restaurant/pizzeria in walkable distance 0.7 kilometers around the lake for variety, if you want - A minimarket + 3-4 small bars in a range of 1.3 kilometers - Cosy, quiet surroundings all in all = a fine place to really relax and be yourself We loved this place and would definitely want to come back one day.

A little bit of school trip

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Trilago Hotel and overall, I had a wonderful experience. The hotel is situated in a fantastic location, which was truly convenient for exploring the area. Additionally, despite the small size of the rooms, they were surprisingly nice and comfortable. While they might not be ideal for an extended stay, they were perfectly suitable for our overnight visit. One thing that pleasantly surprised us was the quality of sleep we had at Trilago. Typically, it is difficult for us to sleep soundly in new hotels, but the comfortable beds ensured that we got a good night's rest. The rooms also boasted a nice TV and had a beautiful design, adding to our enjoyment. Another highlight of our stay was the pool. It provided a refreshing escape from the summer heat and was well-maintained. We were able to relax and unwind while enjoying the pleasant surroundings. In conclusion, Trilago Hotel is a lovely establishment that provided us with a delightful experience. Its great location, despite the small room size, allowed us to thoroughly enjoy our overnight stay. The comfortable beds, nice TV, and appealing design of the rooms added to our overall satisfaction. Additionally, the pool proved to be a fantastic feature that enhanced our stay. Despite feeling oddly reminiscent of a school trip due to the constant reminders about our pet, we still had a memorable and enjoyable time at Trilago Hotel.

One aspect that slightly detracted from our overall experience was the feeling of being on a school trip. As we had brought our dog along, we were constantly reminded of the hotel's specific rules and regulations regarding pets. Although it was amusing at times, as we had never encountered such reminders during our previous travels with our furry friend, it also felt slightly unnecessary. Nonetheless, this minor inconvenience did not significantly impact our stay

The hotel had us booked for a non-lakeside view and, upon request, changed it for us to a room with a fabulous view. This was much appreciated. The pool was great and the location was lovely, with so much park area around the edge of the lake. Wouldn't hesistate to recommend this hotel.

- Great location by the lake - Good breakfast - Friendly staff - Comfortable bed (the guest bed was a bit squeaky and less comfortable, but ok for one night)

Brautiful surroundings, but the hotel is a bit cold and sterile.

The area is stunning, the hotel is at a lake with mountains in the background.

The hotel was very sterile and cold - if you’re looking for a cosy hotel, don’t stay here. The restaurant had good food, but the acoustics make a lot of people talking overwhelming for your ears - not great when you’re tired from a long trip. Also, the lighting flickers, which is hard on sensitive and/or tired eyes.
