Phòng mình đặt không giống trong ảnh lắm nên hơi tối, xung quanh bồn tắm cảm giác chưa được riêng tư lắm, nên bảo dưỡng máy chiếu định kì

I liked the size of the room, the big shower and bathtub. The projector was a fun add in and I spent a few nights watching my favorite shows (tho I have to say the projector was a little slow, but I figured him out). It wa since to have an elevator to transport luggage. The staff was also helpful on my last day and helped me get my luggage to the main street for a Grab pickup. The room is located with great access to the major sites in D1. You can walk to the War Remnants Museum and Independance palace in around 15 minutes. The Ben Thanh Markets are just around the corner. Lots of nice coffee shops and food options in the area. I would recommend this place for people that are in a lower budget but still want to treat themselves and have a nice space to retreat to after a long day out. It’s definitely simple but I had a great time and really enjoyed my stay.

I was expecting a balcony but only got a big windowfront. Not sure if I missed something in the room description there.

In the pictures everything looks great, but in reality it is quite far from wanting me to stay again. It is smaller than you'd think, and only superficially clean - door frames, corners, floor mats, etc. are all quite dirty still; the sort of dirt that's been there for many months/years. (Finding another guest's hair wasn't pleasant either.) Projector was a nice bonus, until I noticed the build - crooked and ducktaped together. And of very poor quality - the built-in speaker alone is enough to make you go outside and explore, instead of enjoying an evening in. Unit also has lots of mold, specifically in the bathroom. No hot water either and whole bathroom is drenched after a shower. I do now realize why there's no bathroom pics on the booking page though! For the price you pay, it's perhaps alright, but mostly due to the location. I travel to Vietnam 2-3x per month and am looking for a base, but unfortunately I wouldn't return here. Honestly not happy about the pictures versus the reality. Also, the constant push for reviews is a little annoying.
