The location of the property was very good. It's located in a small alley, and it's nice and quiet at night. It's very close to all the main attractions and good restaurants and coffee shops.
I really did not like the polyester bedding. It trapped heat and made me wake up several times each night. I couldn't regulate my body temperature. I would highly suggest that they change it to regular cotton sheets (like most other homestays and hotels). Also, there were no staff present most of the time, and the little cafe was not operational during the three days we were there. Also, they had loud drilling going on in the hallways.

Location was great, well explained instructions for after hours check in , and the lift was a bonus.
Air conditioning leaked on to floor, bathroom very small with combined toilet shower wet room style.
