I have travelled extensively across Southeast Asia and rarely bother writing reviews but this place deserves the recognition. Nestled in a quiet alley just off the buzz of central Saigon, it feels like a local secret. The apartment is clean, well-maintained and equipped with all the essentials. Bin held our bags after checkout while we did a final afternoon of sightseeing which was incredibly thoughtful. The whole experience felt genuinely warm rather than transactional.

Very helpful host
Our room was on the 4th floor and no elevator. But the host helped us bringing all our luggage up

A surprise. Entrance and laneway a little off putting but extremely well set up and excellent communication with owner. Lovely little gift and an example of the pride taken in the place.
Doors could seal up a little better for noise and stairwell very echoing. But a very trivial thing.

The owner was very helpful and had quick reaction time on whatsapp. Were central position you can reach mostly everything walking.
