Responsiveness and guidance of host, location central but calm
The bed had no slatted Frame, bit uncomfortable and noisy, the building Shows various spots of humid/moldy walls (mostly outside the room), there was some type of animal or so making a loud noise at night, the projector was bit low quality and Netflix worked only very slowly with multiple restarts needed.

Bin was a great host, with clear communication and helpful room- specific instructions and videos.
I loved the authentic streetscape and building.
Great airconditiong, comfy bed with a mattress topper and the beat pillows!
Great to have use of washing machine.
Quiet room, aside from prowling tom cats on the roof below.
Plenty of streetfood and cafes nearby, plus easy central walking location
Small gift was a nice touch.
Recommend and would happily stay there again.

Great location, in the centre of District 1. Instructions from owner to check in are clear and I didn’t have any issues locating the property.
They have a laundry and dryer which makes doing laundry very efficient.
Fridge was faulty and not cold so some of the groceries I bought were unable to be stored properly. (Eg. Vegetables and Milk)
There’s an induction cooker provided but no cooking equipment (Eg. Spatula/Thongs) which makes it counterproductive. I had to use a dining knife to slice and prep my chicken.
