Excellent cottages with water and rocks view, pond had lots of fish. Very scenic beautiful property with comfortable rooms. We planned to stay for a day and then extended our trip here. The hotel’s ambience and nature Ninh Binh perfectly. Duc and Flower were very helpful, smiling and efficient. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay :)

Tub in the bedroom was an awesome feature and was thoroughly enjoyed! Spacious, vibey living room with a nice window and balcony. Lighting was also cute. Having a washing machine in the unit was a plus. Though there were some issues, the host was very friendly and responsive. Location and value were excellent.

Main thing was that the kitchen ceiling drywall collapsed while we were staying there, due to age and dampness. Parts of it collapsed two nights in a row and we were unable to go to the restroom/shower without tracking some of the drywall. Kitchen and bathroom smelled very damp. Second thing was that the washing machine leaked slightly during use. Third thing was that we were unable to get the projector screen/projector to work. We did not address it with the host, so could be user error.
