I like the area, it’s accessible and very close to anything.
Probably, the surrounding outside the apartment, trash everywhere.

the apartment is per the photos. the bedrooms are both good sized doubles though one has no wardrobe/drawers so you have to live out of your suitcase. Air con works well. Lan was very helpful and always answered questions quickly.
Couldn't work out which key locked the metal doors of the flat for added security. The main issue is that it is so noisy. You are very very close to the walking street - which means you hear the music blasted from the clubs all night.... and then music starts up again at 6am. If you are a heavy sleeper or will be in the night clubs yourself then these things wouldn't be a problem.
