Charming retro vibe, photos 100% accurate, spacious and thoughtfully fitted out - first Vietnamese stay with full complement of kitchen, bathroom and cleaning provisions. Hot water, cold air con, on walking street - don't be daunted by the garage entrance, Mrs Lan is a charmer and this is a lovely authentic stay in a true 2 bed 2 bath apartment that really considers its guests at a good price of $60 AUD a night and without being affected by noise below. My 19 year old son on first Vietnamese visit loved this stay.
There is a very reasonable $200k cleaning fee that doesn't show up in booking.com, so do provide for this.

La propriétaire est accueillante, disponible et flexible. Le fait que l'appartement soit en retrait de la rue Bui Vien le rend calme, tout en étant central. Un logement pratique pour quatre personnes.

Great location.
Landlady was nice and warm.
A fully functioning house where everything needed is there like Iron, towels, plates, hangers, washer, fridge, AC in all 3 rooms.
Maintenance of house - sink(master room toilet) is leaking, towel is very old, dusty environment, garbage not cleared, fridge with frozen meat , other food left behind, blankets and bedsheets does not seem clean, hand shower holder(guest toilet) is dysfunctional, floor is dirty, sofa is dusty, clock is not working, TV console does not work, lots of visible watermarks on the ceiling. Suggestion to move the bin from the kitchen near to the living hall or have another bin there.
